The name of this space is taken from the bible passage John 8:36. This passage has helped understand God dearest desire for us: To be set free. This specific verse held so much power into my life in a season where I had lost all hope.

Abandoned by my son father having to raise him alone while,  will sill trying to figure me out. Bad relationship after the next, depression, lost of joy in life. Family conflict low self esteem... I mean I can go on and on.

Yet everyone saw me strong and confidant I didn't know how to show I wasn't ok. But as crazy as this may sound this was the perfect concoction for God to show up and revel himself as the one who can still change time and circumstances. I began studying the word for myself. If I was to confess the christian faith, believe whats written in the bible and boldly proclaim that Jesus is my Lord and saviour as I did then I was ready to start applying the word of God in my life. I choose to believe that If he says I am the head and not the tail, then I must eliminate the thought that tells me I will never amount to anything.

It's not a walk to the park, but definitely something that change my life forever and I have heart a passion to assist in believing that Freedom is yours through Christ Jesus. You don't have to live a lie but mostly live beneath your original construct; You are more than a conqueror. This blog is birthed from a place of curiosity and obedience. God has been placing this project for a time now. You guys are finally seeing the fruit of it. I want to unpack the gift of freedom found in Christ in a practical way in which I believe both man and woman can relate. A lot of us are navigating this Christian life with a lot of limitations and chains and has normalise walking this way. But God has given me a burden to help people be set free.
